Ingredients:
- Tomato - 4 nos
- Onion - 4 nos
- Garlic - 10 cloves
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Curry leaves - 1spring
- Dry Chillies - 4
- Mustard - 1 spoon
- Oil - 3 spoon
- Salt - to taste
- Heat 1 spoon oil in a large pan.
- Add dry chillies, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato one by one and saute till light brown.
- Finally add salt and keep aside for some time.
- Grind it into a thick paste.
- Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leave.
- Pour this into the ground tomato chutney.
- Serve with Idly, Dosai.
